New Guests Credit Card Policy:

All the new guests are required to put down a deposit of a half their service total. This will go toward your services unless there is an under 24 hour cabriolet, in which case, deposit will be non- refundable. 

Under 24 hours Cancelation and No Show:

A cancellation in under 24 hours will require a credit card on file and a non-refundable deposit of a half the services in order to reschedule a future visit. If there is a secondary under 24 hour cancellation, the full amount of services will be charged. 

Multiple Cancellations:

Due to multiple cancellations we are requiring a credit card to be put on file for future services. If there any more cancellations we will be charging for half the services, if it continues further it will be the total of all services.
